We adore our furry friends at The Shelby and are a pet-friendly community welcoming both cats and dogs. 
 

Pet Policy:

  • Maximum 2 pets per apartment
  • No farm animals, birds, or reptiles
  • Most cat and dog breeds welcome (see leasing office for restricted list)
  • Animals over 50 lbs. are limited and will be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • All pets must be licensed with up-to-date vaccinations
